FAQ'S

Practice fees

We operate as a private billing practice; meaning payment is required on the day of your consultation. This entails that there may be an out-of-pocket cost due to the variance between Medicare rebates or private insurance coverage, if applicable. Please refer to our fee chart for specific details.

For consultations lasting under 15 minutes for children under 12 years old on weekdays between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, we offer bulk-billing. However, concession card holders, pensioners, and DVA cardholders will be billed privately.

It’s important to note that each doctor reserves the right to determine their patient billing preferences and may adjust the practice policy accordingly at their discretion.
